In-Line Hockey is an exciting, fun, team sport for all ages.
Hockey on inline skates gives ice hockey
a new twist. It has a new look and feel, but still has the familiarity of
ice hockey except you are playing 4 on 4 with no off sides, no blue line
and no body contact.
Roller Hockey is a fast action packed
game with lots of goals. Players are forced to play the puck and skate more
than in your normal ice hockey game, this will increase your stamina,
strengthen your leg muscles and return back to ice hockey a lot faster,
stronger and more of a team player.
There is only 1 goalie per team and with
roller hockey being such a fast high scoring game the goalie benefits as
well as the player. Each houseleague team will
include 10-12 players plus 1 goalie. Each rep team may include 7 to 9
committed players plus 1 committed goalie.
Hamilton’s
only Community Based, Not for Profit Inline Hockey League is offering 3
program choices for 2008. Sanctioned and Insured by the Canadian Inline
Hockey Association.
